Linh Pham founded LOGIVAN in November 2017 and now serves as CEO.
In the last 18 months, LOGIVAN has closed $8m in funding, rapidly scaled the number of shipments and built a team of over 200.
In July 2018, LOGIVAN won Best Startup at RISE in Hong Kong, Asia’s largest technology conference. Then in December 2018 Linh won Global Entrepreneur of the Year at [email protected], awarded in London by The Duke of York.
Linh Pham was educated at Cambridge University, graduating in Natural Sciences in 2015 with a major in Experimental Psychology and a research specialism in REM-sleep memory consolidation. After working as a technologist for Goldman Sachs in London, Linh returned to Vietnam to found LOGIVAN. In October 2018 Linh won Founder of the Year at the ASEAN Rice Bowl Awards, selected from over 2,000 nominations.

David Salt is COO & CPO at LOGIVAN, overseeing product & people operations. LOGIVAN was founded in 2017 to digitise the trucking industry. By applying advanced tracking of truck location combined with AI pricing and matching services, LOGIVAN solves the fragmentation problem that causes empty truck returns and idle truck time. LOGIVAN serves thousands of individual shippers and international companies such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Wilmar International and Ajinomoto.
LOGIVAN has completed three rounds of investment, raising a total of $8m from investors including Insignia Partners, Alpha JWC and Vinacapital Ventures, and collecting four innovation awards: Best Startup at RISE (Asia’s largest tech conference), SK Group Fellowship, [email protected] and Uber Exchange.
Before joining LOGIVAN, David co-founded UniAdmissions Education Group in 2013. The company has built a portfolio of brands, becoming Europe’s leading publisher in the University Admissions space, runner-up at the Education Investor awards and winner at the UK Business Excellence Awards 2019.
David studied at Cambridge University, gaining degrees in medical sciences, clinical medicine and surgery with research in the field of decision systems and neural integrators. After two years as an acute physician, David completed an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Away from work, David enjoys reading, food & drink, badminton, hill-walking, swimming and scuba diving.
Nam Le has served as Chief Services Officer at LOGIVAN since October 2017. He leads Trucker Services and Trucker Support teams. He focuses deeply on delivering key results, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new market insights.
Nam graduated in International Business Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
Before joining LOGIVAN, Nam has had diverse experience in International Markets Strategy and Supply Chain in established Dutch companies such as Lely Industries where he successfully sold the chief executive on his China expansion plan, and Janssen & Fritsen B.V. where Nam built market strategy for ten Southeast Asia markets.
He also co-founded a venture selling healthy food supplies to B2B customers called Robomark. Nam established distribution networks in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city within 6 months, knocked on doors and signed up big corporate clients such as Marriott Hotel Hanoi, Sheraton Hotel Saigon, Golden Gate Restaurant Group and made the business reach break-even point within 5 months since he joined.
In his free time, he enjoys reading books, travelling and practicing martial arts.
As the CFO of LOGIVAN since September 2019, Van is responsible for running Finance, Risk and Accounting functions.
Prior to joining LOGIVAN, Van was the Finance Director of The Coffee House, in charge of all Finance, Accounting and Risk Management activities. Van helped raised $7.5M debt financing to expand The Coffee House from 74 stores to 160 stores within 1 year.
From 2016 to 2017, Van led GHN’s finance team and transformed GHN into an enterprise-focused company while sales grew more than 150% year over year. GHN raised $100M from Temasek in 2019 and is one of the fastest-growing logistics startups in Vietnam, competing with established express incumbents such as Viettel Post and Vietnam Post.
Previously she served as Finance Manager of Vinmart – Vietnam’s largest supermarket chain, belonging to Vingroup where she participated in the design and implementation of its finance system and M&A strategies.
Van was an auditor at Ernst & Young Vietnam for 5 years with top client engagements such as Coca-Cola, Hoa Binh Construction and Vietnam Post.
She earned an ACCA member, Master of Finance in Economics, Banking & Finance – CFVG European Excellence in Management, Education and Bachelor of Business & Administration – National University Ho Chi Minh city.
