What you’ll be doing:
The LOGIVAN sales team is modern and professional. This means that every person records and shares their client research and numbers so we have a short feedback cycle with frequent training and fast improvement. Senior Sales Executive is a senior-level position for salespeople with industry experience and strong skills who want a fresh challenge in a fast-moving company. Your main duties will include:
– Identifying large accounts in our target industries and regions
– Performing customer research to deeply understand the customers requirements
– Cold calling, emailing and meeting with strangers every day
– Working hard to get in front of the right person and close deals
– Accurately recording all client information and research in our CRM software
– Sharing your success stories to help the team to grow and improve
– Reading and developing your sales and management skills to grow in your career
– Participating in team training sessions led by your Sales Manager and Sales Director
– Bachelor degree holder
– Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in logistics/express/supply chain industry, selling complex solutions such as contract logistics, multi modal transportation, project transportation.
– Strong selling process, presentation and analytical skills (lead generations, objection handling, negotiation and deal closing)
– Good command of both spoken and written Vietnamese and English
– Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
– Aggressive, well-organized and customer focused
– Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
