Job description:

The LOGIVAN sales team is modern and professional. The Sales Manager role at LOGIVAN is a data-oriented leadership position for salespeople with a track record of great results as a manager. You will take full responsibility for your team’s performance to reach ambitious targets and develop their careers in sales. Your main duties will include:

  • Building your own energetic and motivated team
  • Measuring every step of the selling process to drive feedback and performance optimisation
  • Controlling the sales budget
  • Performing weekly deal, pipeline and territory reviews with your team members
  • Winning key accounts and developing enduring business relationships
  • Leading weekly team training sessions in sales and leadership skills
  • Ensuring the team hits ambitious revenue and growth targets
  • Producing regular customer and sales reports to present to Director level

Job requirement:

  • Prior experience of sales management with a track record of success
  • Experience at a modern transport company like ABA Cooltrans, Nhat Tin, ITL,  DHL Global Forwarding, HNC, UPS, TNT, SF or Kerry.
  • Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
  • A data-driven and detail-oriented approach to sales management
  • A desire to continue improving your skills and
  • English language to a professional standard

  • $1,200 - $1,500 + up to $650 bonus
