What you’ll be doing

You will be joining the HR Department as an HR Executive (C&B) and you will be responsible for the following tasks:


  1. Compensation & Benefit


  • Responsible for entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time
  • Monitor works of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance. Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees
  • Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Molisa, Tax Department and internal report system
  • Writing and improving labor contracts of all types for our team members
  • Improving company policies to ensure the team performs to a high standard
  • Growing employee recognition and reward programmes, both financial and non-financial
  • Compile and update employee records on the HR management system

2. Recruitment



  • Generating innovative ideas for recruitment campaigns and job adverts
  • Plan and arrange interviews, tests
  • Process professionally entrance procedure for new staff
  • Carry out employee orientation


3. Employee relation



  • Plan and implement internal events
  • In charge of company announcement and notice
  • Administer exit procedure including resignation letter, handover checklist, termination agreement, final payment
  • Answer inquiries from employees regarding company’s policy and HR procedure
  • Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance


4. Other related duties as assigned



  • Perform other related duties as assigned by HR Manager and HR Director
  • Training and mentoring more junior team members
  • Joining an open, friendly and performance-oriented culture

Job requirement

  • University degree in Human Resources, Law or related major
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and C&B
  • Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • An innovative and creative approach to problem solving
  • A desire to learn and grow your skills and responsibilities as the company expands
  • Knowledge of English language to a professional standard
