Sales Manager / Quản lý kinh doanh

Job description:

You will be joining the sales department and leading the way forward by growing our revenue. Typically you will be signing contracts with medium to large scale manufacturing or trading companies and 3PL providers. You will report directly to our Business Development Director.

A typical week as a LOGIVAN Sales Manager may include the following tasks:

– Meeting potential clients at conferences and events

– Explaining the benefits of LOGIVAN to potential clients

– Conducting client meetings as necessary to build the relationship

– Getting as many leads to request quotes as possible

– Signing contracts with clients for LOGIVAN to move their cargo

– Keeping warm relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders

– Communicating clearly to allow the team to function smoothly

– Helping train other members of the team in areas where you have more expertise

– Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance

– Being in charge of your team’s target at 1 Billion – VND per month

– Managing your team’s performance, carry out weekly performance reviews.

– Supporting under-performance team members so that they can deliver their required target

– Work with your team member on big account leads to guarantee LGV can win the clients

– Supporting the whole team to exceed overall team’s target. With monthly growth rate is expecting at 30%
– Reporting to your region BD Director

Job requirement:

– Previous experience in sales is required

– Previous experience in managing a sales team is required

– Prior experience selling freight transportation and relevant industry contacts are a strong advantage

– Experience selling to manufacturers will be useful

– Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team

– Being motivated by targets and always striving to perform higher

– The ability to keep lots of clients “on the go” at the same time

– Working knowledge of English language is an advantage
