Job description:

You will be joining the Sales Department as Sales Director. You will take responsibility for sourcing and maintaining the largest and most important clients. You can expect your role to include:

  • Picking up important leads and presenting LOGIVAN’s innovative service
  • Following up with potential leads to turn them into customers
  • Managing the bidding process for high-value contracts
  • Attending events to promote LOGIVAN in the business community
  • Meeting with clients to provide a personal service
  • Working with your clients to increase sales volume over time
  • Constantly improving the systems and processes of the department
  • Collaborating with other departments and managers on cross-functional projects
  • Leading projects to improve sales and customer experience
  • Leading regular team training activities
  • Contributing to the positive culture of the company


Job requirement:

  • University level education
  • Professional standard English language skills
  • Great communication, negotiation and selling skills
  • Strong professional network
  • 10 + years of sales experience, including managing major accounts for an international company
  • Smart, tech savvy, good with learning new technologies and tools
