Admin Executive / Nhân viên hành chính nhân sự

Job description:

You will be joining the HR Department as an Admin Executive and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Administration Support

  • Arrange business trips including flight tickets and hotel reservations
  • Assist with arrangements for workshops, meetings, office events and visitors
  • Draft correspondence, faxes, memoranda and reports on administrative matters

2. Inventory and Property Control

  • Take charge of procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain office filing system, storage, stock of office supplies, stationery and inventories
  • Keep inventory of equipment, and furniture, perform the annual physical check of office inventory

3. Reception

  • Serves as office receptionist, take messages, greet and direct visitors

4. Other related duties as assigned

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by HR team and BOD
  • Cooperate with other staff to fulfill duties, whenever needed
  • Training and mentoring more junior team members

Job requirement:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related major
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration works
  • Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • An innovative and creative approach to problem solving
  • A desire to learn and grow your skills and responsibilities as the company expands
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
