Account Manager / Quản lý khách hàng

Job description:

You will be joining the Sales Department as a Sales Account Specialist and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

– Meeting with clients and participating in events with BD Director, Head of Sales upon request

– Receiving and answering to service requests from clients as assigned as well as ensuring sales volume increase of these clients

– Coordinating with Ops team to provide assigned clients with LOGIVAN’s services

– Supporting accountants in debt collecting

– Recording sales figures on company’s software system

– Making reports in accordance with immediate supervisor’s requirements and company’s.

– Collaborating with colleagues to improve LOGIVAN’s service quality

– Participating in sales trainings, LOGIVAN’s products and services

 

Job requirement:

– University degree in Sales, Business Management or related major

– At least 2 years of experience in sales or managing sales accounts

– Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team

– The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

– An innovative and creative approach to problem solving

– A desire to learn and grow your skills and responsibilities as the company expands
